Position Overview

The Executive Vice President (EVP) will serve as a key member of our executive leadership team, responsible for driving the agency's growth through new business development, oversight of large-scale integrated campaigns, and deep involvement in client strategy. This individual must be a seasoned PR leader with a track record of generating new revenue through strong relationships and delivering groundbreaking, cross-functional creative work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Growth

  • Serve as a growth catalyst, leveraging an extensive personal network to identify and secure new client partnerships.
  • Lead with a growth mindset, actively listening, connecting the dots and growing existing pieces of business
  • Lead new business pitches, from concept to execution, including shaping strategy and creative ideation.

2. Leadership: Client and Team

  • Oversee development and execution of large-scale, award-winning campaigns across digital, influencer, celebrity, and experiential channels.
  • Partner across the agency to deliver bold, culturally relevant work that earns attention and delivers measurable impact.
  • Lead by example, with exceptional client service, attention to detail, creative and quick thinking and collaboration.
  • Model our CCA culture by actively engaging in the work, mentoring staff, and inspiring a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.

Required Experience & Attributes

  • 15+ years of experience in healthcare public relations, with significant time in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of directly bringing in new business through personal client relationships.
  • Deep experience managing and leading integrated creative campaigns that have earned industry accolades (PRWeek, Cannes Lions, SABRE, etc.).
  • A collaborative leader who inspires through action - not afraid to get their hands dirty and work shoulder-to-shoulder with teams.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $250K-300KThe base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, this position includes eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
