Job Summary:


The Coordinator, Total Rewards plays a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support within the Total Rewards department, with a strong emphasis on payroll, tax, and compliance. This position ensures the seamless processing of documentation and supports various HR programs. Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Efficiently process incoming and outgoing Total Rewards mail.
  • Direct HR-related emails to the appropriate team members or departments.
  • Maintain well-organized digital and physical records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Upload garnishment and wage withholding documents into relevant systems, ensuring timely and professional communication with impacted employees.
  • Track and process tax correspondence from various local and state agencies.
  • Apply for and maintain state withholding and unemployment accounts.
  • Respond to unemployment claims from various states, collaborating with managers and HR Business Partners to ensure accurate information.
  • Upload various documents to employee records in Dayforce.
  • Track employee eligibility and process referral and sign-on bonus payments.
  • Organize and maintain the payroll inbox according to established guidelines.
  • Assist with Benefits administration and ad hoc tasks or projects.
  • Serve as a back-up for Benefits, providing timely and professional responses to related questions and concerns.
  • Conduct regular audits related to payroll, bonus programs, and benefits accuracy.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of audit materials.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant state and federal regulations.



Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Customer-service mindset and proactive problem solving abilities


Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field strongly preferred, equivalent experience considered
  • One (1) year of administrative experience preferred, preferably in human resources, payroll, or benefits related roles
  • Experience with Dayforce is a plus but not required
