Job Purpose SUMMARY OF POSITION: Facilities Maintenance Technician 1st Shift $32.26 The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Performance of building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, etc.). Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems, such as using a sealant on a flat roof. Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries. Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and management.
