  • Be a trusted thought leader by providing strategic recommendations and delivering innovative solutions to support the growth and scale of Snowflake's business.

ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
  • 4+ years of B2B tech experience in GTM strategy, planning, and operations; high growth enterprise experience is highly preferred.

  • Deep familiarity with building headcount plans, calculating quotas, and defining territory structures; experience with global account models is highly preferred.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to effectively influence and drive results across various functional areas.

  • Proficiency with data analysis tools like SQL and Excel, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations, craft executive presentations, and articulate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience with CRM and sales planning tools like Salesforce and Pigment.

  • Bachelor degree in business, statistics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines; MBA a plus.
