WORKPLACE SPECIALIST:

Snowflake is looking for an experienced, adaptable, and diligent Workplace Specialist. This is a full time in-office position in our Menlo Park location.

You should be a highly detail-oriented self-starter with exceptional customer service and organizational skills. This role demands a proactive mindset, where you are comfortable taking initiative to achieve results with minimal oversight. You will need to be solution-focused, adept at managing ambiguity, quickly adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines, and capable of coordinating effectively with various internal and external stakeholders and vendors.

Focused on the peninsula campus, the Workplace Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily workplace functions. This role is responsible for creating an engaging, well-maintained, and efficient environment for employees, visitors, clients, and guests. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Take genuine care and responsibility for the entire workspace. You are accountable for keeping the office maintained, safe, and ensuring it's always ready for visitors, employees, customers, and guests.

  • Deliver Employee Experience ideas and initiatives that promote an engaging workplace culture.

  • Manage internal relationships by building and fostering strong partnerships with the executive support teams, ensuring their needs are understood and that key updates and information are effectively communicated between teams.

  • Drive internal communication, ensure timely and effective distribution of Workplace programming and engagement.

  • Review, analyze, and interpret business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve overall employee experiences.

  • Perform additional duties and support workplace initiatives as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 4+years of Workplace, Hospitality, and or customer service experience.

  • Bonus points for experience with programs related to commute, wellness, site services

  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication, time management, and a keen sense of urgency.

  • Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to shift priorities as needed in a collaborative setting.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as part of a team.

  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $71,000 - $94,500.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
