  • Drive a proactive safety culture, ensuring all activities comply with health, safety, and environmental policies while championing sustainable work practices.
  • Provide technical oversight and mentoring to project teams, promoting innovative problem-solving approaches that support both immediate project needs and long-term asset viability.
  • Monitor construction progress, evaluate performance, and provide regular updates to project leadership, ensuring that milestones are achieved and potential risks are mitigated.
  • Support the integration of sustainability solutions into project delivery, working closely with project leadership to identify opportunities that contribute to Worley's ambition of deriving the majority of revenue from sustainability-related projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams to optimize project workflows and enhance operational efficiency across the full project lifecycle.
  • Cultivate a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative work environment, where all team members are empowered to contribute to successful project outcomes.
