We are seeking a skilled and proactive HRIS Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for creating and enhancing workflows, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, providing dedicated support to specialized teams, conducting training sessions, managing data integrity, and supporting global operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving efficiency in HR systems and processes. Experience with UKG is required, as it is our primary HRIS platform.

Responsibilities
  • Administer, develop, and research the HRIS system (currently UKGPro)
  • Responsible for user account maintenance, access as well, as maintaining security roles or suggesting use cases for new security role needs
  • Responsible for UKG module security role management across modules, such as but not limited to Workforce Management, Case Management, and Employee File Management, and installing processes and procedures to maintain security roles with employee movement, if not supported via integrations.
  • Design and implement new workflows to streamline employee processes, including accommodations, employment status changes (e.g., part-time/full-time), location changes, and other HR actions.
  • Facilitate monthly meetings with key stakeholders across departments (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, IT) to anticipate needs, communicate system updates, and proactively plan projects.
  • Host monthly system training sessions for employees, managers, and administrators to promote self-sufficiency and enhance system understanding.
  • Provide HRIS support and training for international teams, particularly in India and the UK, to ensure alignment with global HR policies and processes.
  • Maintain accurate records for contractors in the HRIS system and ensure proper access levels in partnership with IT.
  • Analyze, maintain, and troubleshoot human resource information systems
  • Assist in the design, development, and modification of HRIS to suit both scale and organizational needs
  • Plan and develop analyses, reports, and presentation
  • Responsible for UKG Case management timely response and solution as Tier II support or escalating to Tier III support.
  • Assist People & Culture, Payroll, and Internal IT with other projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • Cohesive understanding of both the technical and user-facing sides of the HR system, currently UKGPro, with at least 1+ years of experience to provide the most efficient systems solutions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 desired, with preference given to candidates who have a strong background working in Excel. Candidates who have experience with Cognos Business Intelligence (BI) software within UKG will be given preference.
  • Highly detailed, organized, and analytical
  • Positive and upbeat mentality, ability to work with diverse personalities and approach each situation with a customer-focused and solution-focused mindset
  • Proficient communication skills - both written and oral
  • Able to maintain high degree of confidentiality

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings ("OTE") for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
