Position Summary
Job Summary: The person will manage the Projects in Raliegh, North Carolina related to the Grover Gaming charitable gaming vertical. They will report directly into the VP of Project Management for Gaming, Chris Dessert. Essential Job Functions: * Creates presentations and generates metric reports/charts for upper management * Works directly with multiple development leads and external Operations/Service teams * Develops detailed development schedules for assigned projects * Responsible for the effective internal and external communication of information related to projects * Conducts regular status meetings and daily stand-ups with the Dev teams * Tracks, monitors and reports project progress QualificationsQualifications: Training and/or Experience * A minimum of five years Software Engineering/Quality, operations, product or project management experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to multi-task anywhere from 15-30 projects per week Ability to read, analyze, and interpret rules and regulations Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from internal or external personnel Excellent inter-personal and team building skills Ability to manage issues requiring problem resolution and conflict management Knowledge of project management tools and processes Knowledge and understanding of project budgeting Knowledge of Oracle's Agile PLM product and Oracle ERP General knowledge of Class 2/PullTab market architecture and ancillary components preferred Ability to motivate employees Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
