We're actively seeking a talented Senior People Solutions Business Analyst to join our People Solutions team in Newport Beach, CA
How you'll help move us forward:
- Support the HR Digital Transformation lead in creating and maintaining the HR Digital Roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand business requirements, identify pain points, and propose innovative process improvements.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to partner programs and operations, either independently or on behalf of the AVP, People Systems
- Develop process maps, workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other documentation to clearly articulate current and future state processes.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage technology and automation to enhance process efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage the implementation and testing of new processes and systems, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption in collaboration with the external vendor and HR digital transformation lead.
- Monitor and analyze process performance, identify areas for optimization, and recommend data-driven solutions for enhancement on the roadmap. As well as monitor the success of enhancements already implemented.
The experience you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a consultant or functional support of HCM application, preferably Workday.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated experience applying Agile methodologies and principles (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to process and system improvement projects is a plus.
What makes you stand out:
- Previous Consulting and/or in-house Business Analyst experience.
- Previous experience with full lifecycle HR technology projects (implementation and upgrades for Cloud applications).
- Experience in global HR environments.
- Experience with Workday implementation methodology.
- Previous Experience in implementing HCM systems as a consultant, project lead or participant.
- Well-versed in HCM terminology and processes.

The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
