Job Functions: Under the direction of Director of Program Innovation, the Project Manager will manage, support, and initiate the development, planning and implementation of a wide variety of projects which support program and support service growth, maturation, and efficiency. Projects may include process improvements, onboarding new programs, or expansion of an existing program or project, that improve quality of service to our clients, reduction in business costs, or organizational efficiency. Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop Project Charter. - Identify Stakeholders. - Identify current processes and supportive data. - Manage scope; define and plan project tasks, timeline, and responsibilities. - Identify resources. - Direct and manage the project plan execution. - Monitor new process/program performance. - Close project. Document project work, training, procedures and lessons learned.
Requirements
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, Project management preferred or work experience in the same field. PMI-CAPM certificate, PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP is a plus. Lean Six Sigma is a plus. Skills Requirements: Understand and utilize Sanctuary (Trauma Informed Care) throughout role. Proficient in Office 365 and ability to learn new platforms and technology. Must be able to work within a multi-disciplinary team framework. Basic project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize and organize multiple assignment/tasks. Excellent facilitation skills. Strong problem-solving mindset. Initiative and ability to make independent decisions. Ability to adapt to constantly changing environment. Excellent analytical skills and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of Lean tools and Data Analytics. Ability to plan and organize work with attention to detail. Demonstrates maturity and sensitivity to issues of faith, culture, and other sources of diversity. Ability to handle job related matters in a professional and diplomatic manner. Physical Requirements: Physical, emotional and spiritual stamina to handle job-related issues and stress. Must be able to operate all components of a computer (keyboard, monitor, etc.) for several hours at a time. Must be comfortable working in a deadline-driven department. Other: Must demonstrate legal authorization to work in the United States. Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
