As part of the Marketing Performance team, the Lead Management & Analytics, Senior Manager (US Partner) will serve as a strategic advisor to the Channel Partner marketing organization, supporting revenue growth across Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), Financial Institutions (FIs), and dealer partners. This role is responsible for uncovering actionable, data-driven insights to inform and optimize marketing strategies and performance. By transforming complex data into clear, compelling narratives, the Senior Manager will play a key role in shaping decision-making and driving business growth. This includes identifying trends, revealing opportunities, and guiding lead management and campaign performance through in-depth analysis and advanced data visualization. With strong expertise in marketing metrics, customer lifecycle analytics, and industry best practices in the Fintech/Payments and Channel Partner space, this individual will work cross-functionally to ensure insights are embedded into marketing planning, execution, and optimization efforts. Success in this role requires a proactive, insights-first mindset and the ability to turn data into strategic recommendations that elevate marketing performance. Key Responsibilities
Monitor key metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on marketing investment (ROMI). Provide data-driven recommendations, and analyze the customer lifecycle to improve acquisition, retention, and engagement. Perform forecasting, benchmarking, and exploratory analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and anomalies in marketing data. Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights that inform marketing strategies, decision-making, and performance improvements. Query, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources to prepare datasets for analysis and reporting. Build and maintain marketing reports, dashboards, and scorecards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics. Design and develop PowerBI dashboards and other visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to optimize visualization requirements and ensure dashboards are user-friendly. Partner with BI and data teams to align data pipelines, integrations, and models with reporting needs, addressing data quality and governance issues. Support ad hoc analysis requests and the development of marketing scorecards and executive reports to assess marketing impact. Maintain documentation of data analysis processes, reporting standards, and data visualization guidelines. Stay informed on marketing analytics trends and best practices to continually enhance the team's capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science or a related field. 8-10+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, preferably within a marketing context. Strong understanding of Channel Partner operations and go-to-market strategies for ISVs, ISOs, FIs, and Dealers. Strong understanding of marketing metrics, the customer lifecycle, and marketing best practices. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms. Familiarity with querying and analyzing data from data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) Advanced knowledge of data tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Salesforce Data Studio, Excel, and Power Query. Proficiency in data analysis techniques, including data cleansing, joining, and exploratory analysis. Experience with data visualization best practices and creating engaging visual reports and dashboards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, etc), and how to leverage data to inform insights. Knowledge of forecasting techniques and marketing analytics frameworks. Data Visualization experience, is a plus. Leveraging best practices and creating engaging & interactive visual reports and dashboards. Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and data integration concepts, is a plus Experience with data science tools and techniques, such as R or Python, is a plus.
