Job Details Job Title: Tenure-Track Assistant Professor of Neuroscience (Systems) The Department of Neuroscience seekscandidates with a demonstrated commitment to teaching and ability to establish an active research program that involves undergraduates. The position will begin July 2026. Teaching responsibilities include two advanced systems neuroscience courses, each incorporating a laboratory, per year. Alternatively, the teaching responsibility may involve teaching an introductory neuroscience course with laboratory and one advanced systems neuroscience course with laboratory. Also expected is supervision of senior theses and other undergraduate research projects. Areas of systems neuroscience could include developmental neuroscience, sensory neuroscience, motor systems neuroscience, neuroendocrinology, neuroimmunology, behavioral neuroscience, or others. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in neuroscience or a related field. Post-doctoral experience and a record of scholarly publication are preferred.
