JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Head of Ecosystem Rare Disease, West who is motivating and inspiring towards a focus on the patient, to join us in our Epilepsy and Rare Syndromes team. The Head of Ecosystem Rare Disease, West Region territories include Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Alaska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, Alabama, western Tennessee, Kentucky, portion of Michigan, and southern Indiana. Candidates should reside close to a major city/airport in this region. About the role The Head of Ecosystem Rare Disease, West sets overall strategy and ensures alignment of objectives. They lead by motivating and inspiring Ecosystem Leads in the performance of their roles coordinating the activities of all external facing UCB roles involved in patient value creation, and pursuit of UCB organizational goals. Responsible for hiring, firing, disciplining, managing, coaching, and developing Ecosystem Leads to engage and build effective relationships with HCPs and other stakeholders (Hospitals and Systems) to create the best experiences for patients living with Rare Diseases. Explains and advocates for organizational decisions, particularly during periods of change. Develops, executes, and monitors tailored strategies for achieving strategic nPVU and financial goals in partnership with specific stakeholders. Who you'll work with

This position's reasonably anticipated salary range is $236,800 - $310,800 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
