As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for supporting development and execution of customer projects through individual and teamwork.

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing objectives for self and others, and to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
• Have a fundamental understanding of gear design and knowledge of products/applications upstream and downstream of the engineering department.
• Working with sales to determine correct project applications
• Setting schedules and assigning work for the team
• Supporting customers with problem solving
• Advising other engineers with engineering related questions, approving designs, supporting the shop with troubleshooting issues and supporting business related initiatives such as cost-out, lean and HSE.

To be successful in this role you will require:

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline.
• Have up to 5+ years experience working in a design engineering environment.
• Have 4+ years experience working with Gears.
