The RF Design Engineer will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of wireless designs in hearing aids and hearing aid accessories. Must possess technical knowledge, effective communication skills, creativity, and internal drive to design wireless hardware that are recognized as best-in-class in the hearing aid industry. Must have the ability to work both independently and in a group environment. The RF Design Engineer must be able to work well with a team and seek opportunities for continuous improvement. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/RESULTS Design of wireless hardware for products through the product development process.
Create and execute test plans and test procedures to characterize unit level performance.
Continuous improvement in product and process
Support transfer of products and product knowledge into manufacturing

Salary and Other Compensation: The target pay rate for this position is between $66,220 to 90,300. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include: geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
