Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a Commercial Operations Partner who is intellectually curious, adaptable and analytically strategic to join us in our Market Access and Affordability Team, based in our Atlanta office in Georgia, United States. This hybrid role (at least 40% of the time in office) is limited to 10% travel domestically.


About the Role

You will manage the full lifecycle of commercial, indirect, and trade contracts, ensuring accurate execution and compliance. Responsibilities include processing debit memos, payments, and rebates across Commercial, Trade, and Medicare Part D channels using systems like Model N. You'll oversee contract setup, membership management, and maintenance to ensure financial accuracy. As the Single Point of Contact for Group Purchasing Organizations, specialty pharmacies, Management Service Organizations, payers, Pharmacy Benefit Managers, and distributors, you'll validate complex data sets, assess rebate eligibility, and manage pricing structures. The role also involves optimizing rebate timelines to support cash flow, contributing to business case development, cross-functional analysis, and reporting. You'll help shape contracting strategies, develop SOPs, and drive system improvements. Staying current on regulatory changes such as 340B, Maximum Fair Price, and the Inflation Reduction Act is essential for strategic alignment in a dynamic market.


Who you'll work with

Internally, you will work with Finance, Accounts Receivable, the Government Pricing team, the Field Team, Model N system teams, Contract Strategy and Legal teams, and Revenue Management.
Externally, you will work with Group Purchasing Organizations, specialty pharmacies, Management Services Organizations, payers, Pharmacy Benefit Managers, distribution partners, and wholesalers.


What you'll do

  • Chargeback and Rebate Management: Oversee daily chargeback submissions, resolve pricing discrepancies, and reduce deductions through proactive issue resolution. Process commercial, trade, and Medicare rebates accurately, validating data such as pricing, eligibility, and service fees, and ensure standardized, clean data is loaded into the revenue system.
  • Contract and Customer Operations: Set up and maintain contracts, assign customers to appropriate groups, and manage contract terms. Assist with contract redlining and ensure accurate payment processing using relevant systems and policies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with finance, accounts receivable, government pricing, and field teams to support payment tracking, strategy development, and compliance. Communicate with customers to exchange contract-related information.
  • Audits, Projects, and Improvements: Lead or support audits, special projects, and system enhancements. Create audit documentation, implement process improvements, and stay informed on policies and financial impacts.

Minimum Experience/Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ Years of demonstrated success in analysis, reporting, forecasting, actuary, and modeling.

Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • Master's Degree
  • Pharmaceutical experience in Managed Care or Operations
  • Buy & Bill and Specialty experience
  • Experience with Model N/Revitas
  • Experience using SAP
  • Contraction negotiation and contact reading skills preferred
  • Preferred database knowledge. ex. R, Python, Power BI


This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $136,000 - $178,500 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
