In this role, you will be responsible for selling Johnson Controls service offerings to building owners, primarily at the Director level. You'll champion our value proposition by pairing technical knowhow with operational insight to help customers achieve better building performance. You'll build and maintain longterm partnerships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and positioning renewable service agreements as the foundation of those relationships. This role includes managing the full sales process-from identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships to closing new business each month. You'll also work to expand the range of Johnson Controls solutions within each account, creating new value and driving growth. How you will do it

This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take intoaccount volume and margin on a project, quarterly, and annual basis. This position includes acompetitive benefits package.
