We are seeking a full time, 40-hour RN Lead to support our practice onsite. The practice is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
The RN Lead is accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients. The RN Lead acts in lead capacity to other nursing staff. Essential Functions: -Oversee the clinical staff including but not limited to RN/LPNs, MA's and ACT's -Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records. -Administer medication to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects. -Record patients' medical information and vital signs. -Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. -Collaborates with nurse managers and staff to assess the learning needs and competencies of staff. -Demonstrates best practices for staff to follow. -May participate on teams or perform special projects/assignments.
