Your role in our success: The Director of Total Rewards leads enterprise-wide strategy, design and execution of all total rewards programs including compensation, executive compensation, payroll, benefits, total rewards, Leave administration, HR technology processes, compliance and HR Metrics for Chesapeake and all affiliated business units. Has a team of direct reports that specialize in each area of responsibility. What you'll be working on:
