What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep our community running smoothly by:
- Performing repairs in areas including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
- Preparing units for new residents and maintaining curb appeal
- Responding quickly to maintenance requests and emergency situations
- Maintaining grounds and common areas, including seasonal upkeep
- Collaborating with vendors and supporting the property team
What You Bring
- At least one year of experience in maintenance or the trades
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- HVAC EPA (Type II or Universal) and CPO certifications preferred, or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours and take part in the on-call rotation
