Job Description

Organize, maintain, and distribute Test Wafers within assigned area. Perform necessary operations to ensure Test Wafers are properly maintained and rework wafers to fulfill Test Wafer inventory are properly organized. Support Test Wafer requirements and controls distribution of Test Wafers to assigned work areas as needed.

B1 Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday 5:15am - 5:30pm

This Job Is For You If

  • You can perform Test Wafer administration: auditing, measurement, sorting and distribution
  • You can maintain daily review of Test Wafer Cage to ensure sufficient qualities are available for use
  • You can distribute Test Wafers to factory personnel and retrieve wafers that were distributed
  • You can send used Test Wafers to rework and follow-up on Test Wafer lots in rework cycle
  • You can be responsible for maintaining and updating Test Wafer database in conjunction with starting of new TW lot IDs
  • You can collaborate with the Test Wafer Management team on identifying methods and actions necessary to improve Test Wafer flows and processes
  • You can update Test Wafer area database with wafer inventories
  • Can pass down to counterparts at end of shift to ensure pending actions are identified and communicated and that Test Wafer Cage quantities are adequate

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency of multi area toolsets and understanding of Test Wafer flow routes
  • Able to work independently to ensure quantities are fulfilled
  • Able to support and lead team to requirements given by Management
  • Able to demonstrate proficiency regarding the computer and software requirements of the job
  • Able to certify and recertify on tools on a timely basis
  • Prompt acknowledgement and understanding of changes to the process (TECO, QSI, etc.)
  • Able to learn and master new equipment and processes
  • Able to communicate with other employees and supervision when necessary to the job
  • Able to learn and use TW Database

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to wear a N.95 mask (also know as a paper mask) for up to 11 hours a day
  • Ability to stand up to 11 hours on a daily basis
  • Ability to walk continuously for up to 11 hours on a daily basis
  • Ability to push and pull a cart that weighs up to 50lbs for up to 11 hours a day
  • Ability to lift and carry lot boxes with both hands that weigh up to 8lbs for up to 10 hours a day
  • Ability to stoop and reach overhead frequently
  • Ability to wear a full gown, clean room smock

Starting Pay: $19.24
