You'll collaborate closely with our sales teams (both direct and channel) to deliver deep product insights, demonstrate real-world value, and help close transformative deals. What you will be doing:

• Communicate with the sales team on new business opportunities, translate client's technical requirements to solution, drive the value discussions, deliver custom demonstrations, and implement technical proofs-of-concept.

• Conduct value presentation of our connected worker product, manage POC and trial processes with the clients.

• Establish outstanding business relationships and partnerships with the clients by demonstrating a high level of technical expertise, understand performance characteristics and establish credibility with the clients.

• Influence target clients by presenting company products values and benefits and by demonstrating product architectures and assisting with technology alignment.

• Gather requirements and present to Product Development team.

• Coach and mentor Solution Engineers as part of cross-training and enablement initiatives, ensuring consistent and high standards of value delivery.

• Travel > 30%

What you'll likely bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience of presales within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience

• Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales

• Experience in the manufacturing, distribution, retail or finance industry

• Documented experience of giving customer presentations / demonstrations

• Exposure to ERP companies or Value Added Resellers (VARs).

• 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge. Connected worker experience preferred

• 2+ years of specialized/industry
