Work location is subject to change based on business needs.Summary of the Job: About This Role: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Capital Markets Support origination and execution of debt and equity capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placements. Prepare and review offering memoranda, investor presentations, term sheets, and due diligence materials. Conduct market analysis, public market comps and investor cross-holding analysis. Liaise with internal capital markets and institutional sales team, legal counsel, operations and compliance to coordinate transaction execution. Mergers & Acquisitions Assist in the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, including preparing pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations, and valuation materials. Perform in-depth company and industry research and due diligence. Develop and maintain complex financial models for valuation purposes including DCF, LBO, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses. Manage the due diligence process and coordinate with internal teams to help manage clients, buyers/sellers, and third-party advisors. General Responsibilities Coordinate and review the work of analysts and interns on deal teams. Maintain internal databases and transaction tracking tools. Ensure quality control of client deliverables and adherence to timelines. Contribute to thought leadership and business development efforts, including industry research and pitch preparation. Additional Duties Employee is responsible for additional job duties as maybe assigned by the Co-Heads of Investment Banking and the Company. IV. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
SALARY NOTE: Unlicensed individuals will be hired at $90,000 and moved to $110,000 when fully licensed.
