Commuter/Remote opportunity - Open to candidates anywhere in the greater United States SUMMARY: The Director, KOL Strategy and Engagement will lead the strategic development and execution of engagement initiatives to accelerate brand adoption and disease state education. The role will be responsible to identify, cultivate, and activate KOLs and rising influencer relationships, managing and executing key medical meetings & congresses/conventions, peer-to-peer programs, advisory boards for insights gathering, and developing a KOL advocacy strategy. He/she will ensure alignment between KOL strategy and VYEPTI's brand objectives, lifecycle strategy and scientific narrative. Through collaboration with cross-functional partners, he/she will contribute to the development of key professional marketing strategies, drive brand execution and performance This individual proactively engages cross-functional stakeholders in Medical Affairs, Sales, and Patient Advocacy. The range displayed is a national range, and if selected for this role, may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's geographical location, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Salary Pay Range: $220,000 - $255,000 and eligibility for a 25% bonus target based on company and individual performance, and eligibility to participate in the company's long-term incentive plan.
