We are seeking a highly qualified Postdoctoral Fellow to join our research team supporting a large-scale, longitudinal study of the relationship between mental illness stigma and treatment outcomes in young adults. The successful candidate will have expertise in quantitative methods and longitudinal data analysis, including mixed effects and structural equation modeling. Primary responsibilities for the position include (1) data analysis and management, and (2) dissemination of findings through peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations. The position can be in-person (Boston, MA) or remote.
Qualifications
*PhD in an area of health, social, behavioral, and/or quantitative sciences
*Advanced quantitative methods expertise, including:
*Longitudinal mixed effects modeling
*Structural equation modeling
*Latent profile and transition analysis
*Exceptional data management skills
*Proficiency in statistical software: R, MPlus, SPSS
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced statistical analyses using a complex longitudinal dataset
  • Manage and organize a large research database
  • Prepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals
  • Present findings at professional conferences
  • Assist with grant-related activities and reporting
  • Opportunities for career advancement and networking
