Our client is a community bank based in San Antonio, TX with around $5B AUM. They have a need for two AML Analysts to assist with alert review/transaction monitoring. The analysts will be reviewing alerts, triaging cases, and determining if the cases need to be escalated to the investigations team. Candidates must be experienced with alert reviews and promoted cases for investigations and potential SAR filing. They should also have experience working for similar sized banks and working in the Fiserv FCRM platform. Primary Responsibilities: * Review alerts generated by Fiserv FCRM (AML transaction monitoring system). * Analyze customer activity against historical transactions, KYC profiles, and expected behavior. * Document all findings and conclusions clearly and concisely in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory expectations. * Escalate potential issues or unusual trends to the BSA/AML team. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of AML experience within small bank. * AML experience to alert review, transaction monitoring, alert triage OR case investigations. * Fiserv FCRM platform experience. * Strong written and verbal communication for drafting alert reviews. * Ability to apply a risk-based approach to monitoring, reviews and escalation decisions. * Must have own equipment, high speed internet and reliable remote working in central time zone. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
