Fleet Compliance Coordinator

To thrive as a Compliance Coordinator, you must have a sharp eye for detail and a background in logistics. You will play a vital role in managing our corporate fleet and powered industrial vehicles (PIV). In this role, you will maintain compliance, coordinate with vendors, perform data auditing and equipment tracking. Your work will help ensure our fleet runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

Every day, you'll audit driver qualification files, ensure vehicle compliance with DOT and safety regulations, and coordinate equipment needs across distribution centers. You will also handle lease invoicing, vendor communications, and capital equipment purchases, while maintaining accuracy. This role is key to keeping fleet operations efficient, compliant, and well-supported.

Here's what we are looking for:

  • Attention to detail. Be the primary contact for managing driver databases, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Champion safety and compliance by ensuring every vehicle is accurately registered, insured, and meets all regulatory standards.
  • Computer literacy. SAP and Excel are a plus as you will apply them to process lease invoices, verify pricing, and resolve billing issues.
  • Organization. It is important that you keep contract documentation organized and accessible.
  • Professional etiquette. You will build strong vendor relationships and also work closely with internal teams to resolve equipment concerns quickly and effectively.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring license and registration requirements for private motor carrier operations.
  • Takes initiatives by finding opportunities for continuous improvement in fleet operations.
  • A completed high school education or GED (or equivalent).
