| What to Expect This person will lead service training and procedure development for all BOP equipment [HV & MV]. This includes working with the Design and EHS teams to identify high-frequency pain points, creating service procedures to address them, and ultimately developing and deploying multi-layered training for both internal and external customers. They will also provide direct support to Field Service Technicians for complex troubleshooting, shutdowns, startups, dead checks, and remote diagnostics at the system level. Additionally, they will be available for on-site support as needed for major evolutions or emergency response.What You'll Do

  5+ years of experience working on Balance of Plant equipment (35kV-480V switchgear)Extensive knowledge of switchgear components (relays, load break switches, cables, potential transformers, current transformers, breakers, etc)Able to work through and identify single- and three-line drawing issues and can communicate issues back to Engineer of Record to seek verification and corrective actions neededExtensive knowledge of Electrical Safety, NFPA 70e and OSHAKnowledgeable in the use of Arc Flash rated PPE and electrical safety test equipmentStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with complex and demanding deadlinesMust be able to travel up to 2 weeks at a timeCompensation and Benefits
