Description Key Responsibilities * Provides high level technical support, database account creation, modification and deletion as part of change management and maintenance on systems. * Incident resolution for Oracle database account unlocks and password resets. * Participate in on-call rotation to support and resolve incident tickets for after-hours and weekend activities * Scripting and code development to assist in improving existing department provisioning activities * Reporting and performing health checks * Assists with problem analysis for complex configurations of Oracle databases. * Provides consultations to technical questions and problems while adhering to standards and procedures. * Make recommendations on functional and business requirements. * Participates in project activities and provides technical assistance for assigned projects. * Have the ability to adapt to our culture and learn the way we manage and support our systems. Skills Project management, Identity access management, Iam, Agile methodology, Waterfall, Pmp Top Skills Details Project management,Identity access management,Iam,Agile methodology,Waterfall,Pmp Additional Skills & Qualifications Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. * Advanced knowledge pertaining to SQL Oracle and general database support. * Scripting and code development for SQL, PowerShell, Python to assist in improvement of department provisioning procedures * Microsoft Office 365 (Power Automate) * Performs work independently. May train and review work of less experienced staff, as well as serves as a knowledge resource. * Communications: Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation, creativity, attention to detail, and oral and written communications skills tailored for the intended audience. * Risk Management: Responsible for understanding and applying risk management discipline in decision making and contributing to his or her function`s risk management. * Decision Making: Works under direction and guidance in planning details of procedures and methods to attain definite objectives. Makes decisions within established or widely accepted standards. Achieves assigned/planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, training, business principles, and practical experience. Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
