Description - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals - Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows) and software applications - Manage network connectivity, including TCP/IP, VPN, and wireless connections - Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to user issues - Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems - Follow established procedures for documenting and tracking support requests in ticketing system - Communicate effectively with end-users to provide clear instructions and guidance Skills Desktop, chromebooks, Hardware, Windows, Customer service, Technical support, Imaging, Printers, O365, Windows 10, Troubleshooting, Deployment, Office 365 Top Skills Details Desktop,chromebooks,Hardware,Windows,Customer service,Technical support,Imaging,Printers,O365 Additional Skills & Qualifications Additional Skills & Qualifications - Knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10 and 11) and macOS - Experience providing desktop support in a corporate environment - Troubleshooting hardware and software issues - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Additional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plus. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
