Technical Customer Support Representative

We're looking for a motivated individual to provide top-tier support to customers seeking help with product installation, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. What You'll Do * Respond to customer calls and emails regarding product issues, installation guidance, and general information. * Manage a high volume of inbound technical support calls with professionalism and empathy. * Guide customers with accurate information or escalate to the appropriate team when needed. * Document all customer interactions and product issues in the system with precision. * Evaluate product concerns to determine if repair or replacement is needed. * Assist customers with product features, installation techniques, and model specifications. What You Bring * 1+ year of experience in a product-based customer support or call center environment preferred. * Background in hardware or home improvement is a plus. * A technical mindset and eagerness to learn-self-motivation is key! * Typing speed of 35+ WPM. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in Spanish or French is a bonus. * Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in challenging situations. * Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with computer systems. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
