TEKsystems is currently supporting a manufacturing client in Swedesboro, NJ for a Service Administrator. This role will be supporting upper leadership and service managers with administrative responsibilities. Applicants with strong administrative planning and communication skills are encouraged to apply. Job Description: Seeking a highly organized and proactive administrator to support our service and safety teams. This role combines administrative responsibilities with a focus on operational safety compliance, contributing directly to the efficiency and safety of our day-to-day operations. * Coordinate travel arrangements for service engineers, including hotel bookings, rental cars, and flight reservations * Manage technician calendars and organize service documentation * Process and manage customer service invoices, ensuring accurate records of transactions, interactions, comments, and complaints * Review and verify service receipts, expense reports, and service hours; maintain accurate data for accounting and HR purposes * Provide guidance on facility and engineering projects to ensure worker safety and compliance with legal standards * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and support safety workflows, regulations, and processes * Assist in maintaining and promoting operational safety programs across teams Qualifications: * Strong administrative and customer service experience * Microsoft office skills * Experience supporting upper management and booking travel * Strong organizational and communication skills Additional Details: * Monday-Friday * 8am-5pm * Contract-to-hire opportunity * Fully on-site * Full benefits and 401K option Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
