Sr. Program Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of technical projects, ensuring the delivery of innovative technology and products. The Manager will set program goals and milestones aligned with strategic objectives, manage delivery across the full software development lifecycle, and guide operational best practices. The role involves driving team performance and excellence in collaboration with business, data, and product stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic roadmap for tech initiatives
  • Manage project schedules, risks, and stakeholder communication
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and product teams and ensure alignment
  • Maintain release and dependency plans
  • Conduct planning sessions and scrums
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues in product development
  • Track project progress, update timelines, and maintain documentation

Experience & Skills:

  • Project management methodologies
  • Focus on execution, accountability, and results
  • Exceptional cross-team collaboration across functions and organizations
  • Develop milestone plans aligned to company objectives

Qualifications:

  • Experience in project coordination, operations, or related
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using basic project management skills (e.g., MS Project)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $92,000 -$120,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
