The School of Medicine Department of Medical Education seeks an Operations Manager to work in close partnership with the Associate Dean for Curriculum, Associate Dean for Assessment, Evaluation, & Scholarship, and the Associate Dean for Clinical Competency to manage the administrative and financial infrastructure needed to support the effective development, delivery, and monitoring of medical student education. Master's degree preferred Experience: 5 years relevant administrative experience. Previous budget and staff management experience; administrative work in a medical education setting; familiarity with UVA and SOM programs/software (Workday, Anaplan, VMED, Oasis, Box, Teams, etc.) Preferred Qualifications:
Anticipated Hiring Range: $90,000-$105,000, commensurate with education and experience. This is an exempt-level, benefited position. Learn more about UVA benefits. This position is based in Charlottesville, VA, and is eligible for a hybrid schedule (mostly on-site) in accordance with UVA's remote work guidelines. UVA Life and Embark CVA.
