Field Installer II - Remote, Traveling Position, See the USA

About the Opportunity

Are you hands-on, mechanically inclined, and ready to hit the road? Join Global Finishing Solutions (GFS) as a Field Installer II, where you'll install cutting-edge paint booths and finishing systems for leading brands in aerospace, automotive, and industrial markets.

This isn't your typical install gig. You'll take ownership of each project, solve on-site challenges, and work as part of a high-performing team that takes pride in quality craftsmanship and exceeding customer expectations.

What You'll Do

• Lead by example and mentor new Field Installer I team members
• Install sheet-metal panels, ductwork, fans, AMUs, light fixtures, and more
• Serve as the face of GFS on-site, coordinating with customers to ensure smooth installs
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and keep communication flowing with the project manager and field supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures and promote a strong safety culture on every job site
• Identify and share additional customer needs or service opportunities
• Support and uphold GFS's Quality Management System
• Pitch in wherever needed-flexibility is key in this dynamic role

What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous installation or mechanical experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel and work on the road (hotel and per diem provided)
• A team-player mindset and commitment to doing the job right the first time
