Your Impact

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in data management systems, a passion for architectural design, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will play a pivotal role in advancing our data strategy, driving technology transformation initiatives, and developing enterprise applications that enable data-driven decision making across the organization.

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential



  • Architect and implement enterprise-grade solutions for client data management, focusing on data integrity, integration, and distribution capabilities
  • Drive technology modernization efforts by helping transition legacy systems to our next-generation data solution
  • Develop sophisticated ETL processes to integrate, transform, and distribute mission-critical client information across business units
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate domain-specific requirements into robust data models and controls
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within our agile delivery framework
  • Design & develop modern data management tools to curate our most important data sets, models and processes, while identifying areas for process automation and further efficiencies


Relevant Technologies: Python, Java, AWS, KDB, InfluxDB, SQL

Basic Qualifications



  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a computational field (Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or in a related quantitative discipline)
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience in enterprise environments
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming with demonstrated expertise in Java
  • Strong database skills with experience in enterprise-grade ORM interactions
  • Experience with data modeling methodologies and ETL pipeline development
  • Familiarity with RESTful service design and implementation patterns
  • Demonstrated success working within Agile delivery frameworks
  • Understanding of enterprise data management principles and practices
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable code



Preferred Qualifications



  • Financial Services industry experience, particularly in client data domains
  • Hands-on experience with the Legend/Pure data modeling ecosystem
  • Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment
