Mon - Fri: 8 AM - 5 PM (40 Hours)



What You'll Do



Summary/Objective:

Work with business areas to gather and document the vendor risk management lifecycle. Communicate with our vendors to gather documentation such as financials, SOC reports, insurance. Work with other departments to complete annual reviews and ensure contracts are properly documented along with recurring notifications for renewals/cancellations.

  • Facilitate Vendor Risk assessments across all departments
  • Manage vendor data in Vendor Management platform (IRM tool)
  • Document and maintain vendor contracts and terms
  • Follow up on CUECs and other recommended controls
  • Communicate with vendors to acquire due diligence materials
  • Provide content for management reporting as needed
  • Monitor vendor lifecycle
  • Collect and monitor SLAs for critical vendor relationships
  • Maintain working relationship with department Managers
  • Participate in various projects as assigned by Manager
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned or requested.
  • Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements.



What You'll Need



Education and Experience Requirements:



  • Undergraduate degree in business, math or science
  • Experience using an IRM/GRC system or similar
  • Experience reviewing vendor due diligence documents
  • 0-2 years experience in a vendor management role
  • Preferred - Experience facilitating vendor reviews
  • Preferred - Experience creating reports/presentations
