Position Description

The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for managing price sheets and developing promotional roadmaps for home appliance retail customers. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable pricing strategies.

Responsibilities:

Price Sheet Management:



  • Maintain and update price sheets for home appliance products.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in pricing across all retail channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align pricing with market trends and business objectives.


Promotional Roadmap Development:



  • Assist in designing and implementing promotional strategies for retail customers.
  • Analyze historical sales and promotional data to optimize future campaigns.
  • Support Marketing and Sales in executing promotions effectively.


Data Analysis & Reporting:



  • Utilize Power Query (advanced) for data extraction, transformation, and automation.
  • Apply VBA (intermediate) and DAX (intermediate) to enhance reporting and modeling.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor pricing and promotional performance.
  • Identify trends and provide insights to improve profitability.


Cross-functional Collaboration:



  • Work with Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to align pricing strategies.
  • Communicate pricing changes and promotional plans to stakeholders.



Requirements:

Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.


Experience:



  • 2-5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related field.


Technical Skills:



  • Advanced proficiency in Power Query (data transformation and automation).
  • Intermediate skills in VBA (automation, macros) and DAX (data modeling, Power BI).
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and pricing tools is desirable.


Soft Skills:



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
