Responsibilities

Sabre Systems is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join our team in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) in Dahlgren, VA. This role plays a critical part in NSWCDD's strategic initiative to modernize, optimize, and simplify its IT infrastructure while advancing IT Service Management (ITSM) practices to deliver measurable, mission-focused outcomes. This initiative not only includes the continued operation and maintenance of the existing IT environment but also emphasizes digital transformation, information management, infrastructure engineering, and the implementation of modern development, deployment, and automation technologies. The selected candidate will be essential to enhancing IT service delivery and ensuring efficient, customer-focused support in a dynamic and evolving environment. *This position is contingent upon contract award and/or customer approval.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Development and implementation of advanced AI models and algorithms to address organizational needs, enhance decision-making, and improve overall performance.
  • Design, implement, and optimize AI systems to solve existing problems and enhance operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
  • Optimize and fine-tune existing AI models to enhance their accuracy, efficiency, and performance.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on AI-related projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns that can inform AI model development.
  • Train and validate AI models using diverse datasets to ensure robustness and generalizability.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to preprocess and clean data for AI models.
  • Create and maintain documentation for AI models, algorithms, and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI systems.
  • Report findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience developing and implementing AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
  • Proven ability to analyze large datasets, train and validate AI models, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in troubleshooting AI systems, maintaining documentation, and communicating findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must be available to work onsite in Dahlgren, VA daily

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance or higher

Compensation

Senior Level: At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements. The general salary range for this position is $70,000-$200,000; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms.
