Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in change management, process improvement, or training. 3+ years in documentation, training development, or system implementation. Technical Proficiency: Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM or enterprise systems experience preferred. Change Expertise: Familiarity with methodologies like ADKAR or Kotter a plus. Professional Strengths: Strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to simplify complex processes.
