As the Digital Product Fellow, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of innovative digital products that deliver value to both our customers and the business. You will lead cross-functional teams to define, build, and launch digital experiences that align with company goals and meet user needs. You will leverage your expertise in product strategy, customer insights, and market analysis to shape the direction of our digital product offerings. Automotive Segment Growth Manager As the Automotive Segment Growth Manager, you will serve as an individual contributor leading cross-functional teams to drive digital growth within the automotive sector, focusing on acquisition, retention, and revenue. Deep experience in the automotive industry is essential-you'll translate industry insights into segment-specific strategies and digital experiences. Reporting to the Director of Digital Product Growth, you'll combine product strategy, customer insight, and market expertise to shape high-impact solutions tailored to the needs of automotive customers. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years' experience in the automotive or aerospace industry Experience managing complex, cross-functional product initiatives, particularly in a fast-paced, technology-driven organization. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $12,476.52/month - $22,873.62/month Additional Details: This position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
