Description * These PS will support Inbound & Outbound calls supporting patients who need financial assistance for their medications (outbound calls needed only for follow ups). * Will ask patients a series of questions from the tool and that will guide them on how to enroll them with FA. * Dealing with MS population that are being referred to this hotline. Their medication is very expensive so they will be reviewing their benefits, telling them what their co-pay/deducible will be, see what type of manufacture coupons/discounts they could be eligible for. * Will be transferring calls to third party pharmacy (ex: Walgreens). * Need to be professional and comfortable speaking with patients and doctors. Will not be doing benefits verification in this program. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
