Training Specialist - Lender Solutions (On-site in Troy, MI) Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Must be available between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM; primary shift is 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday Location: Fully on-site in Troy, MI (Local candidates only) About the Role We're looking for a Training Specialist to join our Lender Solutions team. This role is responsible for delivering high-impact training to new hires and existing team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced, customer service-driven environment. Key Responsibilities * Facilitate training sessions on PLP systems and processes for new hires and current staff * Lead classroom-style and one-on-one training discussions * Communicate training outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement * Deliver departmental rules and expectations clearly and consistently * Assist in developing and updating quality control standards * Create and revise training documentation and coaching materials * Monitor data entry accuracy and provide feedback for improvement * Conduct root cause analysis on errors and suggest process improvements * Ensure compliance with client expectations and industry regulations * Support team performance through coaching and mentoring * Provide backup support to existing staff as needed Required Skills & Qualifications * 2-3 years of experience in training, development, supervision, or call center operations * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Self-motivated and proactive; able to work independently * Experience meeting service level agreements (SLAs) * Background in customer service, call center, or mortgage servicing * Ability to maintain high quality and production standards Preferred Qualifications * Experience in insurance or mortgage leadership * Familiarity with IIM software * Associate or Bachelor's degree Disqualifiers * No active internet connection * Unable to work on-site in Troy, MI * Poor communication skills * Job tenure less than 1 year in previous roles If you're passionate about training and development and thrive in a structured, performance-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you! *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
