TheEmployee Relations Manager will:
- Partner to support people leaders and employees to facilitate effective outcomes for matters including performance coaching, performance improvement plans, written warnings, disciplinary actions and exit paths as needed.
- Provide guidance and advice on sensitive complex scenarios (i.e. negotiated departures, potentially significant matters where there are people and business risk).
- Support investigation lifecycle for cases related to workplace conduct, culture and conflict, including intake, background research, witness/subject interviews, writing summary report, presentation of findings to stakeholders for resolution of substantiated matters, and debrief meetings with leadership.
- Project manage global ER initiatives and programs, driving project plans, stakeholder engagement, communications/updates, change management efforts and escalating gaps/issues.
- Super User for ER Case Management platform, ServiceNow including triaging of cases, audit, supporting user adoption, metrics and KPIs. Identify ongoing needs and requirements and develop appropriate training and materials.
- Support ER analytics pulling reports, identifying trends, develop presentations to help develop proactive strategies, solutions, programs and policies.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Knowledge of federal, state and local laws, statues, which govern employment policies and practices with a thorough understanding and demonstrate application of internal and external HR principles, concepts of practices and standards.
- Proactive, highly responsive, sensitive concerns with an ability to empathize while maintaining professional objectivity.
- Experience coaching, supporting investigations, drafting resolution and summary reports.
- Proven ability to make judgment calls/problem solving skills and sound, ethical decisions displaying a heightened level of responsibility, confidentiality, integrity and professionalism.
- Experience in defining, managing, and executing end-to-end project plans and workstreams.
- Strong ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into compelling narratives in various formats (e.g., presentations, talking points, executive summaries).
- Excellent PowerPoint (story telling), advanced Excel and Power BI experience a plus.
- Preferred experience working in Payments, Technology, multinational/global large-scale brand company

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 112,100.00 to 162,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
