Be a Strategic Partner - Collaborate with People Operations Directors, HR leaders, and executives to align workplace strategies with business goals. Protect & Inspire - Serve as a trusted advisor on employment law, policy, and compliance while fostering a safe, inclusive, and motivating work environment. Drive Impact - Monitor key cultural and engagement metrics, using insights to influence decisions and shape the future of Mosaic's workforce experience.
