DESCRIPTION: The IT Technician is responsible for on-site, in-house, and remote technical service support, installation, configuration, and incident resolution in the Endpoint Devices (including, but not limited to PC, Laptops, tablets, Phones, Printers, et.) device environments based on team assignment. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, required. Associates Degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or technical school completion certificate, desired. One (1) year minimum of technical or customer facing service experience, required. Good oral and written communication skills, required. One (1) year End user device experience, desired. One (1) year working in a HealthCare related field, desired. Knowledge of Windows Operating systems, Microsoft Office, MacOS, IOS and common application support, desired. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: Technical Certifications (A+ Certified, HP Certified, Microsoft), desired. ITIL Certified, desired.
