Lead and manage a team of Load Research and data analytics professionals in the Demand Side Analytics team under the broader Energy Portfolio Analytics team. The position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in analytics to deliver data-driven insights into how various customer classes use energy and how demand interventions affect homes' and businesses' use of energy. This role involves creating and analyzing large datasets and working closely with various departments to ensure accurate and reliable load research and data analytics that inform operations, strategic planning, and decision-making. Minimum Skills
Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Rigorous and robust analytics skills, with strong understanding of mathematics and statistical modeling techniques.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Python, R, SAS, Alteryx, SQL, and forecasting software.
Knowledge in developing big data extracts of differing data attributes, and data engineering to support needed analysis.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively communicate to convey complex information clearly and effectively at all levels of the company.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, electronic mail and scheduling.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field from an accredited university. Required Certifications
Working Environment

Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events. Physical Demands
