What You'll Do

  • Work closely with members of the team on deal execution and prepare material for transactions for the Latin America coverage team, including preparation of detailed memoranda and presentations, and analyzing the key attributes of client companies
  • Provide support on the execution of various types of transactions and apply financial, economic, quantitative, and qualitative methods and principles to evaluate M&A transactions, financings, and equity raising transactions
  • Communicate and coordinate with deal team members across DB and across industry and product groups
  • Develop and apply advanced financial analyses and models
  • Issue final reports of client interactions and discussions to senior management and maintain ongoing communication

Skills You'll Need

  • Experience as an Investment Banker
  • Experience performing detailed financial modeling and valuation analyses on public and private companies
  • High energy and a self-motivator; you will exemplify a strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and teamwork
  • Working directly with senior bankers, you must have the maturity and presence to represent the Firm before management teams and other deal professionals

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Self-motivated
  • Initiative-taker

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $110K to $125K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
