A Senior Software Engineer has sufficient experience (typically over 5 years) to write software without technical supervision. They are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features, ensure application performance, and mentor junior engineers. A Senior Software Engineer has a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying current with industry trends and technologies. They require little day to day management, and their experience allows them to undertake pieces of work, break them down into achievable plannable pieces that may be worked on independently or by others. A Senior Software Engineer has a solid understanding of C#, SQL, MVC, WPF and modern software construction techniques and principles. What You'll do as a Senior Software Engineer

Pay range for this opportunity is$105,400.00-$136,400.00.This position is eligible forbonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
