EV Battery Solutions by Cox Automotive is looking for a highly motivated Technical Client Service Specialist with a can-do attitude to support Battery Service Center (BSC) program initiatives in the US. This role requires a strong and dedicated team player that has acute attention to detail and executes at a high caliber.

Job and Responsibilities:

  • Adherence to all company policies such as attendance.
  • Follow all safety protocol such as wearing proper PPE (Reflective Vest, Steel Toe Shoes or Boots, Approved Respirators, Protective Gloves and Safety Glasses).
  • Supporting the order processing of dealer/retailer orders through SNTs Software Platform, ALFRED
  • Answering and fielding incoming calls as required by specific project such as from dealers, retailers and customers.
  • Filling out and submitting orders (online)
  • Scheduling and confirming transportation of product
  • Working with other Technical Client Services team members to attend to tasks
  • Tends to inventory needs alongside the Logistics Supervisor
  • Collaborating with the SNT Logistics Supervisor and SNT Client Sales Engineer to ensure dealers/retailers are taken care of and problems are addressed promptly
  • Providing customers the correct instructions and/or documentation to support their needs when inquired
  • Supporting both internal and external collaborative working meetings regarding process
  • Other job-related duties as assigned by management.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years' experience in a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in related discipline.
  • Experience in a call center.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.


Working Environment

Variable, consisting of both the office environment and the manufacturing floor. Potential hazards include proximity of moving machinery. The position may require an individual to stand, stoop, move equipment; bend, reach, or lift for prolonged periods of time. PPE includes safety glasses, hearing protection and sanitary footwear.

ADCOX

USD 17.74 - 26.59 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $17.74 - $26.59/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits:

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
